Assistance to companies participating in competitive biddings comprising all stages, from the preparatory acts of the bidding, such as participation in public hearings, the preparation of proposals, analysis and compilation of qualification documents, delivery sessions and opening of proposals. The firm’s activities include common bidding (Law 8.666/93), Auctions (Law 10.520/02), RDCs (Law 12.462/11), and Public Service Concessions.
The firm also advises clients in the management of contracts, which begins with the signing and persists throughout its execution. Such action contributes to the identification of any imbalances and allows the client to compensate for them through claims for rebalancing prepared following the jurisprudence of the Courts of Auditors and with a serious and thorough assessment of the risks.
